We are seeking a dynamic marketing supervisor who embodies creativity, optimism and confident leadership skills. With a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, you will work in a fast-paced office, leading a small team to drive our brand forward.
Responsibilities:• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales across our market segments.• Create, edit and manage a variety of marketing content, including web copy, e-newsletters, marketing collateral, advertising, blog posts, videos and social media, in collaboration with our team.• Utilize customer insights, market analysis and industry best practices to formulate successful marketing strategies.• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.• Manage the marketing budget for initiatives, allocating resources effectively and optimizing campaign efficiency.• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.• Write and distribute press releases to enhance brand visibility.• Develop and implement an annual strategic and tactical marketing plan, fostering clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers.• Evolve and execute the company's branding strategy to strengthen market presence.
Requirements:• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in public works.• Preferably Bachelors in Marketing• Proven management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.• Experience with Google and social media advertising platforms.• Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Slides and Sheets.• Complete understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud for content management.• Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to Travel when needed
