Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and interview process.Conduct employee onboarding.Enroll employees into new benefits.Visit and support company personnel at locations across the state.Provide a positive and professional HR experience to field employees and management.Perform and run payroll on bi-weekly basis utilizing HR processes (as needed).Process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes.Point of Contact for retail locations with any questions on timeclocks, payroll or benefits.Assist the Executive Vice President of Human Resources with research and special projects.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.3 year(s) of human resources experience required.2 years of Payroll Administration experience required.Human Resource Information System (HRIS) experience required.Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Must be 21 years of age or older.Must be willing to undergo a background check.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field preferred.General knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Cobra, OSHA, Workers Compensation, DOL, and other federal and state laws and regulations preferred.HIPPA experience preferred.HRCI and/or SHRM certification is a plus.Physical and Mental Demands
