If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Sr. Child Support Technical Analyst to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US).Overview of job:The Senior Business/Technical Analyst (Sr. BA/TA) will be a member of an Enterprise Program/Project Management Office (EPMO). They will work as part of a larger team providing EPMO services for a Human Services agency establishing a governance portfolio foundational structureJob Responsibilities Include:The Sr. BA/TA will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables, providing support for the team. In collaboration with other NTT DATA Government Consulting and Advisory (GCA) consultants, the selected candidate will work as part of the project team to establish and execute a PPMO and support the analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of key projects to help the client achieve organizational goals. Working under the direction of the Project Manager. Other responsibilities of this position include:Assist in defining, developing, monitoring and enforcing the State's PPMO processes, governance, standards, SDLC processes and proceduresLead technical requirements sessions and various program related meetings to determine functionality to be incorporated into the new system or PPMO structureDocument technical requirements, ensure testability and create traceability matrixSupport the project's technical/business activities for compliance tracking and monitoring Support the State and PMO Managers in reporting and communications of federal compliance activitiesParticipate in strategic planning assessments, technical policy and procedures research and analysis Once PPMO established, lead technical requirement efforts for prioritized IT projects including but not limited to activities such as technical requirements management, agile team participation, technical documentation review/assessment, federal assessment reviews, testing, and implementationAnalyzes client requirements and design solutions ensuring client objectives are met Provide support in the areas of data management, SDLC, security compliance and system performanceReview project deliverables for accuracy and qualityProvide input on project and requirement metricsPartner with various stakeholders to complete technical documentation needsLeverage knowledge of the state and federal technical requirements and policy and apply it when appropriate Assist with test case/user story creation and other UAT activitiesAssist in the development of roadmaps, graphics and visuals, as needed Attend project and status meetings reporting on progress of assignmentsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Business/Technical Analyst role/capacity providing services on a large scale, modular business and technology modernization projectsMinimum 4 years' experience with Human Services agencies and programsUndergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent combination of education and work experienceMinimum 4 years' experience with State Child Support and/or Child Welfare ProgramsPreferred Skills:Experience with Federal systems certification and monitoring reviewsIIBA, Agile or technical certificationsSDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and ALM tools experienceWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,032 to $140,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
