The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and upholding health and safety standards.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations- Excellent leadership and organizational skills- Ability to maintain a positive and professional approach with staff and customers- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Responsibilities:- Supervise and train food and beverage staff- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving service and profitability
