Full TimeDuties:Develop customer use model and integrate them into the Verification IQ (VIQ) verification metrics product suite deliveries according to needs as defined by TestPlan Author, Verification Insight, Coverage Analyzer and Regression Author Product Teams based on customer and market needs.Work with key customers to support existing solutions and create new solutions.Support customers using VIQ offerings with a focus on the Bay Area and key strategic customers in North America.Provide expert VIQ methodology and tool support to customers with challenges.Work with research and development team to define new product features across VIQ product suite.Generate use model driven requirement specifications.Evaluate functional specifications and test plans.Perform expert testing on emerging features.Identify and work with target customers on beta testing.Assist in collateral development.Train, field questions, and support customers on the VIQ product suite offerings through regular AE trainings and feature trainings.Requirements:The employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in an Application Engineer - related occupation.The position requires experience in the following:Working with HDLs, HVLs, System C and methodologies such as Directed/Constraint Random, UPF, Coverage, or Assertion.Working with Advance Test Bench creation and Simulation of SoC environments.Scripting in Python, Perl, TCL and other equivalents.Working on coverage driven and metrics driven verification processes including testplan creation, creating coverage models in SystemVerilog and extensive experience in coverage analysis.Implement customer requirements into Features and User Stories.Working with field engineers, customers and partners to troubleshoot, triage, and debug issues in customer designs and tools.Performing design and verification of ASIC, SoC, Memory, Interconnect and CPU architectures.30% telecommuting is permitted. 20% domestic and international travel is required.CONTACT:
