include the following; however, other duties may be assigned.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's long-term strategic plan. Support and lead departmental strategic planning efforts.Develop financial models and perform cost-benefit analysis to support strategic decision-making.Prepare presentations and communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.Conduct market research and analysis to inform the development of strategic initiatives.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.Support and lead company process improvement efforts.Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure client satisfaction, both internally and externally, through positive, pleasant, professional, and efficient handling of issues.Exercise good interpersonal skills by gladly assisting others to accomplish the work of the organization, even if it is outside the scope of regular duties.Model and reinforce safety as a top priority of the organization. Always wears a hard helmet and other appropriate personal protective equipment in the field.Meet schedules and deadlines, adhere to policies and procedures, and maintain a good attendance/tardiness record.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUtilize Microsoft Office-based applications and project management software systems appropriate for this role.Effectively source, consolidate, structure and present information to executive management and other groups.Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Organize and manage time, duties, and activities efficiently.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.Education ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from four-year college or university plus up to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or similar degree preferred but not required.Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software applications.Must possess above-average communication skills—both verbal and written.
