IT Compliance team

as a Master Data Governance Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling product delivery teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of our organization's master data. You will provide training, tools, and guidance to empower teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, while also supporting our master data governance program and contributing to our compliance efforts.What you’ll do:

Enable Product Delivery Teams:

Work closely with product delivery teams to build their capabilities in master data governance. Provide training, tools, and guidance to empower teams to identify, assess, and address data quality issues within their respective domains.Data Governance Framework:

Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive data governance framework, including policies, standards, and processes, to govern the organization's master data effectively.Tooling and Automation:

Identify and implement tools and automation solutions to support master data governance activities, such as data profiling, data quality monitoring, and data lineage analysis. Ensure that product delivery teams have access to and are proficient in using these tools.Best Practices Guidance:

Provide guidance and best practices to product delivery teams on data governance principles, data quality management, data classification, and taxonomy development. Help teams integrate data governance practices into their day-to-day operations.Compliance Support:

Support compliance efforts by ensuring that master data governance practices align with regulatory requirements and company policies. Assist in compliance audits and assessments by providing documentation and evidence of data governance activities.Training and Awareness:

Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of master data governance principles and best practices among product delivery teams. Foster a culture of data stewardship and accountability.Continuous Improvement:

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of master data governance processes and practices. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements.Skills You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related roles.Strong understanding of master data management concepts, principles, and best practices.Experience with data governance tools and automation solutions.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data governance and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to empower and enable others to drive data quality improvements.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.What You’ll Like About Us:
