Project qualifiers work with homeowners through inbound and outbound calls, identifying the customer’s needs, and ensuring that the Vivax Pros commitment aligns with their expectations before scheduling an appointment for our sales team to meet with the homeowner.Salary: Base + Commission -- you can expect to earn $53,000 - $60,000 your first yearDuties and Responsibilities:Turn leads into qualified appointments for the sales team, including appointment schedulingUtilize salesmanship, problem solving, and clear communication to overcome customer objectionsProvide excellent customer service by educating homeowners about Vivax processes, products, and benefits as compared to other painting companiesMeet and exceed weekly benchmarks/goals and drive metricsWhat you bring to the team:Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an emphasis on listening, encouragement, and persistenceAmbition, motivation, and self-discipline must be a go-getter with GRITHigh energy with a competitive spirit and desire to winHighly organizedA desire to drive marketing through sales metricsAptitude for quickly building rapport over the phoneFamiliarity with Google SuiteExperience with Salesforce, FileMaker, or other Contact Management Platforms is a plus but not requiredOur belief in and commitment to our core values (Pride, Perfection, Integrity, Enthusiasm, and Ownership) sets Vivax Pros apart and defines who we are.
