Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm, is seeking lawyers with a minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in California. Experience with catastrophic injury, product liability, construction defect, habitability, transportation, or other general liability matters is required.The role involves independently managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, handling court appearances and depositions, and regularly communicating with clients to provide status reports.
