Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking an associate to join their Life, Health, Disability and ERISA litigation practice group in their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of California, and have 3+ years of litigation defense experience. Experience with Life, Health, Disability and ERISA litigation (including bad faith lawsuits) is required, along with strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure.The role involves:Independently managing a litigation caseload,Working cases from beginning to end,Collaborating with other attorneys and partners on legal projects,Regularly handling court appearances, written discovery, motion practice, and depositions.The firm offers excellent benefits, professional development programs, unlimited PTO, and growth opportunities.
