This position involves designing, developing, implementing, operating, and managing client cloud services in AWS. We are searching for junior and mid-level cloud administrators with fresh ideas, who strive to make an impact and enjoy collaborating on a cross-functional team to meet our customer's needs.RequirementsProviding Cloud Service support on multiple networks for an Intel customerOperate, maintain, improve, and manage user cloud access and usageProvision cloud access and accountsProvide Tier 2 and Tier 3 supportRecommend, collect, and report Cloud Management Infrastructure performance metricsProvide snapshots and audit dataIntegrate new releases and features into the Cloud environmentSupport Risk Management Framework to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO)Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience in AWS, Azure, Oracle, or other cloud environmentsExperience triaging and working customer ticketsKnowledge of Linux system administrationActive TS/SCI with CI Poly requiredPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseSecurity certification (CompTIA Security+)AWS or Azure CertificationsLocation StatementIBM offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits program.
