AIG’s Information Technology functions include enterprise architecture, software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, and technology risk and compliance.How you will create an impactThe Systems Archival & Recovery Implementation role is a technology position that requires an in-depth knowledge of Solix Data Archival Platform with multi-year experience implementing Data Archival projects in Solix. This role will also require broad collaboration with application teams globally to perform the application data analysis and data modeling to successfully archive the data from retired applications and assist to decommission them.ResponsibilitiesAct as SME for Retired Applications Data Archiving, Active Application Data Archiving, and Retention Policies.Capture archiving requirements and perform data discovery/analysis in source systems.Convert requirements into design and size the archival data sets.Responsible for managing complex data models and mappings in Solix.Map, Configure, and Migrate retired application’s data into Solix.Coordination of Application decommissions after data archiving.Familiar with data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, CDPA, etc.Responsible for implementing both full application data archiving and active data archiving of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from a variety of application, data, and object sources.What you’ll need to succeedBA/BS in information technology or related field; advanced degree preferred, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related Field.10+ years of IT experience, with a minimum experience of five years on Solix CDP 2.6/3.0 with proficiency in data archiving functionalities.Prior experience with data archiving at a large scale.Advanced knowledge of SQL, and experience with Oracle, SQL*Server, Snowflake, SAP and PostgreSQL, etc.Sound knowledge of Solix functionalities such as Retired Applications Data Archiving, Active Application Data Archiving, Retention Policies, Reports, and Forms.Hands-on experience implementing both full application data archiving and active data archiving of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from a variety of application, data, and object sources.Solid experience in managing complex data models and mappings.Knowledge of various data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, CDPA, etc.Experience working for a diverse, multinational company.Ability to lead projects through full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture and design, scoping, implementation, and operationalization.Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to articulate complex technical concepts, both verbal and written to non-technical stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions.Experience managing global teams that include employees and vendors.Ability to guide teams through complex issues and drive resolution for issues.Ability to build project plans, translate directives, and present project deliverables to upper management.Ability to think strategically, balancing long and short-term priorities.A high degree of adaptability/flexibility.Willingness to challenge business operating models when necessary.Ready to prove your potential?
