The Employment Litigation Associate Attorney will defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. They will represent employers in various legal proceedings, offer pre-litigation advice, and act as strategic partners to clients on employment law matters.Duties:

Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations in employment matters, including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete cases.Provide clients with pre-litigation and litigation avoidance advice, including strategic guidance to meet client’s employee retention and recruitment objectives.Act as a business partner to clients on employment law issues.Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.3+ years of experience, with a strong background in employment law preferred.Current Massachusetts Bar admission or ability to obtain admission, admission in ME, RI, or VT a plus.Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.Interest in being a team member with a positive “can-do” approach in a deeply collaborative environment.Skills:
