Sigma HomeCare is a leading non-skilled home care agency providing exceptional services for individuals with severe mental illness (SMI), serious emotional disturbance (SED), intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and mentorship programs. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through comprehensive community support services and respite care. We are contracted with the VA, Easterseals MORC, Detroit Integrated Health Network (DWIHN), and Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH), and are seeking to expand our reach and impact.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the healthcare or home care industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and driving growth for our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within the home care industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential referral sources.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Represent Sigma HomeCare at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the healthcare or home care industry.
Strong understanding of the home care market and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
