Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts in the semiconductor and microelectronics sectors. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Sales Strategy and Execution:

Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within assigned accounts. Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to acquire new clients.Technical Expertise:

Utilize deep knowledge of precision chemicals and their applications in semiconductor and microelectronics manufacturing to provide expert guidance and solutions to clients. Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.Solution Development:

Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and product management, to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. Translate technical specifications and requirements into actionable plans and product offerings.Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our market position and product offerings.Negotiation and Closing:

Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals. Close deals effectively while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.Customer Support:

Oversee the implementation and delivery of products and solutions, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the engagement lifecycle.Reporting and Forecasting:

Monitor and report on account performance, sales metrics, and market trends. The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the precision chemicals, semiconductor, or microelectronics industries. Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets.Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of precision chemicals and their applications in semiconductor and microelectronics manufacturing. Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and processes is essential.Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.Travel:
