My client is a 100+ employee specialist in chemical manufacturing producing inks, epoxies and coatings. They are owned by a global market leader in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Looking for someone with prior experience selling to Semiconductor.

Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the semiconductor industry within your assigned region.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue.Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support.Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and product offerings.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to customers.Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiations and contract management.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers and opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or Materials Science is a plus. Any engineering / technical degree will be evaluated.Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or business development within the specialty chemicals or semiconductor industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process and the role of specialty chemicals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.Willingness to travel frequently within the region.What's on Offer

Role is 100% in PNW RegionSalary:

Commensurate with experience but $140,000-160,000 base + bonus
