Vice President of Sales, Original Penguin Golf

Do you crave building a winning sales strategy for a coveted fashion brand?As the Vice President of Sales for the Original Penguin, you'll be a strategic leader driving profitability and market share. You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team, manage a team of sales managers, and work across departments to propel the Original Penguin Brand forward.

What You'll Do

Spearhead Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute a sales plan that maximizes profitability and market share for the Original Penguin Brand.Product Visionary:

Partner with merchandising and design to curate compelling product assortments that resonate with our target audience.Account Mastery:

Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with retail planning and sales managers.Sales Cycle Champion:

Oversee the entire sales cycle - from presenting product assortments and financial plans to finalizing contracts and ensuring on-time delivery.Data-Driven Decisions:

Leverage retail sales data to optimize inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotions.Relationship Builder:

Foster strong relationships with key retail accounts, providing regular visits and strategic recommendations to maximize sales.Brand Champion:

Ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives.Financial Acumen:

Manage and prepare all necessary financial reports related to sales, profitability, and shipments.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (a plus)10-15 years of experience in sports and fashion retail, with a proven track record of selling and building brands.Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.Analytical and strategic thinker with a focus on driving profitable growth.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all levels.Deep understanding of the fashion retail landscape, including competitor analysis and brand management principles.
