Drive overall legal strategy while managing day-to-day legal operationsProvide counsel to the executive team on a range of compliance, risk management, and corporate governance mattersBe the DataGrail Privacy expert to our employees, customers, and prospectsProvide practical legal advice and support across all business functions, including Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing.Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of complex agreements by working collaboratively with business and functional teamsManage legal employment policies and policy violation investigationsActively partner in the execution of business development and partnership transactionsManage legal, corporate governance, and compliance effortsImplement best practices and operating standardsAssist with resolving legal-related disputes with third parties, managing outside litigation resources as necessary.Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations by developing and implementing compliance programs.Manage risk management and advise the Executive team on risk management strategies to be implemented.Within 90 Days, You’ll

Have established yourself as the internal subject matter expert, providing ongoing privacy counseling and advice to our business units, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.Be the external advocate and representative of DataGrail on industry panels, providing thought leadership to the community and building relationships with our customers.Own day-to-day management of all legal matters and relationships with external counsel.Within 365 Days, You’ll
