We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Computer Vision, Transformers models like BERT, and Generative AI including Large Language Models such as GPT, Llama, and Mistral. Additionally, expertise in cloud services (Azure/AWS), MLOps, and GIT is essential.Responsibilities:

Machine Learning and Deep Learning:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications.Implement deep learning architectures for complex problems in NLP and Computer Vision.

Natural Language Processing (NLP):

Develop and optimize NLP models using BERT and other transformer models.Implement generative AI techniques for text generation and other NLP tasks.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR):

Integrate and optimize OCR solutions using Tesseract for text extraction from images and scanned documents.

Computer Vision:

Develop and deploy computer vision models for image analysis.Apply state-of-the-art techniques in object detection, recognition, and classification.

Generative AI and Large Language Models:

Work with large language models such as GPT, Llama, and Mistral.Implement and fine-tune generative AI models for various applications.

Cloud Computing:

Deploy and manage machine learning models on local servers or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).Utilize cloud services for data storage, processing, and model deployment.

MLOps:

Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management, including versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate ML pipelines into CI/CD workflows.

Version Control:

Use GIT for version control, collaboration, and code management.Ensure best practices in code quality and documentation.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide ML solutions.Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies.Proficiency in Python and related ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).Strong understanding of NLP techniques and transformer models (BERT, GPT, etc.).Experience with OCR tools like Tesseract.Expertise in computer vision techniques and tools.Hands-on experience with large language models and generative AI.Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for ML model deployment.Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.Experience with GIT for version control.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Tools and Technologies:
