Business Analyst , you will dive headfirst into the world of data analysis, uncovering valuable insights that will shape the future of our organization. Develop and maintain an integrated data model incorporating data from multiple service lines to be used to develop outputs to support service line and account delivery.Perform proactive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, insights for performance improvement, client financial impacts and to challenge portfolio decision-making.Devise and promote creative data visualization to show thoughtful, fit-for-purpose insight to the client on a proactive basis.Support on-account business line organizations with all data requirements and developing methods to improve data collection, data cleaning, and metric calculation, ensuring the data is accurate and fit for purpose.Provide training on technology tools and processes to JLL employees and the client when necessary.Respond to ad hoc requests, projects, and other activities as required by account leadership or service line leads.Perform complex analyses leveraging advanced analytical techniques and big data environments/capabilities where needed.Leverage industry tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx) and proprietary tools (i.e., Lighthouse) to assess data quality and assist in resolving data quality problems.Assist with big data clean-up activities concerning critical data sets e.g., property, finance, energy & asset data.Work with business line data stewards and other stakeholders to identify remediation actions when critical data quality falls below the accepted threshold.Business analysis, consulting/advisory, and/or project or client management experience.Listening and consultative skills to understand business needs; be able to interpret requirements identify impacts and analyze problems.Manage, manipulate, analyze raw data, research data issues, draw conclusions, provide resolution, and develop actionable recommendations.Who are we looking for?

Required

2+ years of business or data analyst experience and a bachelor's degree.OR6+ years of business or data analyst experience.Demonstrated successes in data analysis, conclusion, and improvement.Expertise in BI, data science, computer science, econometrics, operations research, statistics, and Information Management.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Preferred

Working experience in BI tools (PowerBI and/or Tableau), querying databases (SQL), ETL tools (PowerQuery and/or Alteryx), and bulk data manipulation.Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.Salary:

$70,000 - 90,000
