We are hiring a

Master Data Analyst

for a key client of ours in Houston, Texas. The qualified candidate will understand Master Data as a key element for reviewing/validating various data elements relevant to the entire order fulfillment process, using an ERP system or other tools to make necessary revisions. This position requires a hybrid of two skills areas: 50% high-level problem-solving, data mining, and analytical skills, while the other 50% will focus on daily hands-on operations and data maintenance.

The Customer Care Master Data Analyst will function in a team environment while retaining the ability to empower themselves to perform their specific job functions and make decisions that are in the best interests of the customer and Company. This is a hybrid position working on-site three days a week and remotely on Monday and Friday.

ResponsibilitiesManage Master Data in SAP across modules and support ongoing supply chain-related projects.Knowledge and experience with SAP Material Master Data fields and tables are essential for this role.This position will interface with various functions within the business: Marketing, Sales, and Logistics, at different levels of the organization.Understanding of master data processes, standards, data governance, and data quality concepts.Retrieve, combine, and analyze large amounts of data to validate.Advanced skills in Excel -- VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, advanced formulas, merging of data sets, ability to link various spreadsheets or data tables, import/export, or upload/download data to/from other systems.Identify areas for process improvements and drive the implementation changes to streamline processes.Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.Create process flows and training materials (as needed).Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field.3-5 years in Customer Care Experience.3-5 years working in SAP R/3 or HANA.Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, merging data sets, etc.).MDG (Master Data Governance) tools experience.TMS (Transportation Management System) tool experience.CMIR (Customer-Material Info Record).ADET Rules (Accelerator Data Enrichment Tool).Transportation/Logistics experience.Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable.Celonis process mining software experience highly desired.Six Sigma also desired.Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
