Houston, TX (on-site)Position SummaryThe Master Data Governance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining the master data of our organization. The primary focus will be on data quality, accuracy, and consistency to ensure that our data is reliable and can be used effectively for various business processes and decision-making. They will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the master data within the SAP, TPM, and other systems and implementing and adhering to data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity.Location:

Houston TX (on-site)Principal DutiesSupporting the MDG functionality of S/4HANA and ensure process standardization by utilizing out-of-the box SAP software capabilities, integration, hands-on systems configuration, testing, and operational monitoring to continuously improve efficiency and quality of the processDriving the development of functional and system specifications as it relates to the management of master data in complex ecosystemsConducting fit/gap analysis and business process modelingDeveloping and executing tests to confirm the functionalityParticipates in and contributes to managing the scope of applications and related changesCollaborate with other employees to determine areas of improvement in relation to master dataOther duties as assignedSkills and AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and data standardsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsAbility to recognize ethical implications of data usage, storage, and analysisStrong problem-solvingQualificationsAt least one year of experience in data governance in SAP, preferredSolid understanding of master data relationship and integration between key SAP modules including PM, MM, SD, FI/COWell-versed in master data governance and management principles and best practicesProven success working with all levels of managementProven analytics skillsProven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentMust have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, computer science, information management, or related fieldStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAdvanced working knowledge of ExcelOther RequirementsMust be willing to travel up to 10% of the timeMust be legally authorized to work in the USAMust be fluent in English and Spanish
