We tackle a broad spectrum of challenges by proactively identifying opportunities, prioritizing product initiatives, and shaping business strategy. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Machine Learning team, working on high-priority projects such as home feed recommendations and email/notifications engagement optimization to enhance user experience.What You'll Do
Collaborate with the Product and ML teams to understand and address product challenges using machine learning, statistical, and analytical expertise.Leverage data to analyze and enhance user experience, converting insights into strategic recommendations.Provide strategic and analytical support to the ML team, offering data-driven guidance to optimize various product aspects.Design and implement data models, tools, and dashboards to facilitate self-service data access and insights.Conduct A/B testing to consistently improve user engagement and evaluate new product features.What You'll Bring
A commitment to add to our culture of DEI.5+ years of data science/decision science/analytics experience, ideally in an Internet company.Experience working in or partnering closely with ML teams is required for this role.Ability to partner with product managers to define roadmaps and strategies.A strong sense of ownership and desire to build impactful solutions.Strong applied analytics and problem-solving skills.Experience working with large data sets, modeling, statistics, and A/B & multivariate testing.Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range*: $116,300.00 - $154,400.00 ++
Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.Annual Bonus Target**: 10%
Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews.Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU):
