Data Integration Project Manager PMP

for a project with one of our California State clients.Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field (Copy must be provided)Must be PMP Certified from PMI in active statusSeven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible full-time experience (FTE) applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and toolsAt least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior Project Manager of one or more large or complex Information Technology (IT) projectsThree (3) years of FTE experience providing data integration management and project support on large-scale projects ($10 million and above)Five (5) years of FTE experience working with health care codes (ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, NCPDP)Three (3) years of FTE experience with national standards and their related organizations (WEDI, CAQH CORE, ASC X12, NCPDP, NUBC, NUCC)Three (3) years of FTE experience with Medicaid, Medicare, CMS, and third-party payer requirementsExperience working with the Medi-Cal programExperience with HIPAA transaction rules and regulationsExperience with Organizational Change Management and Business Process ReengineeringExperience working with the MITA frameworkExperience working on influencing cross-functional teams proven through references or documented examples from previous assignmentsExperience in expert-level problem-solving and strategic planning abilityResponsibilities:

The client is seeking a Contractor to provide data integration project management, project support, and coordination of program and policy changes that result from new and existing State or Federal initiatives, benefits, legal requirements, etc.The Contractor will assist with managing the data needs of all client enterprise projects and serve as a consultant to the Data Ops Specialist group that leads and represents the teams of business and technical data stewards to support client enterprise initiatives and projects.The Data Ops Specialist group is the primary point of contact for coordinating the data needs of an initiative and works with the project team to define data needs and requirements for a project, coordinating with data stewards to meet the data needs.This contract will aid in improving timely and equitable access to services across delivery systems through policy and capacity investments as a leader of support staff.In addition, this contractor will lead the support team that aids in the implementation of the population health management service, behavioral health transformation and others.As part of this integration management, the contractor will assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling Client's related work efforts in alignment with Client's' goals and objectives.
