The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. In this role you will join a talented team of collaborative Human Resources professionals that are dedicated to improving the employee experience at Sargent & Lundy.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specificationsWrite and post job descriptions on relevant platformsUtilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new businessScreen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiationMaintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations
This position offers a hybrid schedule with the expectation of 3 days per week in the office, and the remainder remote / virtual.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management with a major/concentration in Human Resources or a related field2 or more years of experience as a recruiterExceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsAdvanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methodsProven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)Familiarity with internet sourcing skills, such as Boolean search, and experience with some of the following: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other job boards.Function effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environmentWilling to travel and work occasional overtimeValued But Not Required Skills And Experience
