Responsibilities:
Daily walk around of parts vehicle - ensure tires are aired up vehicle is in top operating condition...end of the day make sure vehicle has fuel for following dayVerify all parts with provided invoices at time of loading in vehicle and at each individual shop locationCheck with each shop if they have any needed returns to come backCommunicate with dispatcher and parts counter when picking parts up from other dealersUse software provided to check in and out at each stop during routeFill "will call & wholesale tickets" and stage parts in the correct area per orderPick parts for all counterDeliver parts to techniciansStock all parts that come into facility once checked in Counting, Cleaning and organization of all bin locationsMaintain clean and organized warehouse and truck assignedNotify counter staff of all returnsAssist in inspection and restocking of all returnsEnsure all outbound parts go out each dayPick up parts from other local Toyota Dealers
