The Senior Graphic Designer will support our efforts to build the Entegris brand, elevating our reputation as a world-class supplier of advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor, life sciences, and other high-tech industries.

In this role, you will work on the corporate marketing team, supporting creative development across a variety of corporate marketing programs. You’ll help build impactful assets for our audiences with a visual identity that is on-brand. Through strong collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, you’ll ensure that marketing communications are within our brand guidelines, enabling the brand to show up consistently and impactfully across all touchpoints.

Success in this role will be driven by strong design skills, effective collaboration across the organization, a solid brand-focused mindset, along with a bias for action, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

Visual Brand Strategy Execution

This role is responsible for the visual application and execution of the brand strategy across various marketing channels. The ability to think strategically about how brand creativity aligns with marketing strategy and business goals, as well as how information is organized and visually communicated will be a key to success. You’ll ensure that brand best practices are followed, guidelines for our visual identity remain current, and are communicated to employees and creative partners. Supporting the development of templates and tools, such as a digital asset management system and sales enablement tools, to help employees in representing our brand effectively will also be a part of this role.

Creative Delivery

You’ll develop and execute on-brand visual creative assets across marketing mediums, from digital/web assets and presentations to marketing collateral and events. This will be done by leveraging third-party resources to efficiently deliver high-quality assets for internal and external audiences. You’ll have the opportunity to ideate and conceptualize creative solutions and use strong aesthetic judgment to direct the visual elements of our programs. You’ll champion the importance of effective design within the organization, and collaboratively guide the creative development with key stakeholders. You’ll direct photo shoots and help manage stock imagery and other creative subscriptions. You’ll help support the selection of any new creative partners and the management of those relationships.

Visual Storytelling

This role will be able to break down complex information and ideas and represent them in compelling visuals. Your brand expertise will be leveraged to strengthen our visual identity across touchpoints

(pictograms, animations, sales enablement tools, digital/web assets, social, video, events graphics, company presentations, etc.). You will have an inquisitive view that brings in competitive creative benchmarks and innovation on projects, proposing and advocating new ideas and standing behind design choices.

Communication and Collaboration

This role will interface with executive leadership on key projects and high-profile presentations, making communication and collaboration skills paramount. You’ll foster strong engagement and cooperative partnerships with internal stakeholders, including corporate communications, solutions marketing, digital marketing, HR, and field marketing. Active listening and proactive identification of new opportunities, combined with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, will enable you to deliver great customer service and quickly earn trust in the organization. Having skills in reviewing and providing clear creative direction on creative work produced by external partners on behalf of the brand will also be important.

What we seek:

Bachelor’s or equivalent in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Visual ArtsAbility to work a hybrid schedule in Billerica, MA (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)A diverse, agile, and flexible designer with 7+ years of design experience across a variety of mediums (e.g. corporate design, presentations, photography, web, event graphics, etc.); high-tech global B2B experience a plusAt least 4 years of experience leading and providing direction and feedback to other designersExpert knowledge of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesignAbility to understand and clearly convey the company’s strategy and value propositionStrong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual designsStrong communication and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with people at all levels of the company (including the leadership team) and support diverse stakeholder needsSolid time management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage short and long-term projects based on business prioritiesAbility to travel periodically based on business needs (e.g. photo shoots, etc.) up to 10% at timesWhat we offer:
