Example of Duties:
Serve as the Lead Campground Attendant.
Monitor activities and performance of campground attendants to maintain high standards.
Interact with guests courteously and ensure proper cash handling and reporting.
Responsible for light maintenance and care of campgrounds and facilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
One (1) year experience in the program or activity under consideration.
Prior experience in the use of recreational equipment is required.
American Red Cross First Aid Certification and CPR certification at time of hire.
A valid State of Alaska Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record at time of hire.
Additional Important Information:
Preference will be given to AMEA employees. The Municipality of Anchorage participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify Program.
If selected for hire, the appointment will be conditional based on a satisfactory background check and the submission of required certifications and licenses.
