What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain and manage the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce environment and related tech stackCollaborate with various departments to build scalable solutions and automate processesCreate and maintain reports and dashboards in SalesforceValidate and ensure data integrity within Salesforce using Dataloader / Demand ToolsAssist with data cleansing projects and implement best practices for data integrity
What Is Required (Qualifications)
ADM-201 Salesforce Administrator certification, multiple certifications a plusProficiency in Excel / GoogleSheets for data manipulationMinimum 5 years of experience administering a Salesforce environmentExperience with SaaS companies or Sales Operations backgroundKnowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Marketo, Zuora, and other related tools
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with additional tools and integrations such as ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Openprise, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ClosePlan, Highspot, and Slack
