What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify, develop, and implement profitability improvement projects and decision-making toolsAssist in designing pricing systems and architecture to optimize price executionSupport the implementation of advanced analytics projectsReview and update SBD policies, standard operating procedures, and guidebooksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment supporting marketing, operations, and/or executive leadershipProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Hyperion, SAP, JDE, Alteryx, and Qlikview/Tableau preferredStrong analytical skills and ability to manipulate and summarize large data setsUnderstanding of pricing management concepts and ability to assess risks and alternatives
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in data modeling and statistical methodsKnowledge of pricing frameworks and elasticity modelsAbility to work cross-functionally and drive projects to completionStrong self-organization and self-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
