Job Description - General Internal Medicine - Assistant Professor, College of Medicine (24000001LN)
The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Medicine, Division of Internal Medicine in Memphis, TN is seeking candidates for a Full-Time Assistant Professor position. This is a non-tenure track position. Teaching responsibilities in addition to staffing admission include supervising procedures when needed, being available for resident questions regarding cross-cover or admissions, and giving feedback.
This position will teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
This position will be 90% patient care with training General Internal Medicine fellows, and 10% teaching and research.
Basic Qualifications:
Qualified applicants must have an MD degree, be eligible for Tennessee Licensure, and be board certified in Internal Medicine. Applicants should have a demonstrated commitment to and knowledge of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action. Organization
