The CHRO is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of recruiting and retaining the best talent, organizational and performance management, training and development, labor law compliance, and total compensation. The CHRO is expected to be an enterprise-wide thinker who works collaboratively with other senior leaders in supporting System change management initiatives.Benefits

Master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field and five years related experience.Must be able to plan, devise and implement major projects and analyze methods, procedures, and organizational needs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Computer literate; Word-processing and spreadsheet computer experience.Must possess valid driver's license and auto insurance.Must have or be able to obtain valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.Covid 19 Vaccination or Qualified Exemption (Religious or Medical).TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray as applicable upon hire.
