We are committed to prioritizing racial and economic justice and health equity in all our programs and business practices.Community Servings is looking for an Infrastructure and Endpoint Engineer to join our IT team. The person in this role will be responsible for managing our internal network, Azure, and endpoint environments as well as assisting in providing end user customer support. This role will work to redesign the environments to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the platforms while continually strengthening our security posture to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other requirements.Primary Responsibilities:Manage VLANsNetwork SecuritySite to site connectivityRemote AccessLogging and event responseIdentity managementManaging Endpoints via Intune:Intune Deployment and Configuration, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.Endpoint Security, including implementing security policies and configurations to ensure the protection of endpoints.Mobile Device Management (MDM), including configuring and managing MDM features for mobile devices.Application Deployment, including packaging and deploying applications, ensuring proper testing, distribution, and version control.Endpoint Monitoring and Troubleshooting, including monitoring the health and performance of managed devices.Upgrade and Patch Management, including planning and executing upgrades to services and staying current with feature releases.Log management and monitoring:Ensure all logs are captured and monitored.Provide direct technical support to Community Servings staff as needed as well as perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).5 years of experience managing Intune, Jamf, and/or SCCM.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing endpoint management solutions, Intune preferred.In-depth knowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance.Familiarity with modern device management approaches.Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.) for automation and customization.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.We offer a complete benefits program including:Medical InsuranceLife-, Short- and Long-Term Disability InsurancePaid Vacation, Holidays, Sick Time, and Personal Time offFlexible Spending account (Medical and Daycare)403(b) Retirement PlanFree Dental InsuranceFree daily community lunchFree parkingPhysical Demands:This position requires extended periods of sitting.Community Servings knows that diversity drives excellence.
