Full Time/ExemptPurposeUnder the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, this position will be responsible for oversight of all Finance & Accounting Operations. Activities include day-to-day functional oversight as well as audit and business processes. In addition, as a business partner to the Regional President and a member of the leadership team, this position will help set strategic direction including financial objectives & acquisitions.ResponsibilitiesFinancial closing process & preparation of Regional FinancialsLender Compliance and CertificationsSales & Use Tax and LicensingBusiness analytics & Reporting presentationsAudit and Process controls - implementation & monitoringEnsure adoption of Company policies and implementation of key control proceduresFP&A partner with Regional leaders on consistent KPIs and other financial analysisMonthly/Quarterly performance reviews with MarketplacesGeneral ledger accounting, A/P and A/RAcquisition integrationSupervise, lead & motivate teamPromotes an environment of integrity and responsibility in the workplace by creating a work environment where they “lead by example”.Job Related Dimensions10+ years of management experience10+ years in the Copier IndustryStrong analytical skillsDecision making and sound judgmentProblem-solving and facilitation skillsCommunication and listening skillseAutomate system knowledgeQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or FinancePhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentAbility to sit at desk for prolonged periodsAbility to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applicationsAbility to type and compose written communication in various formsAbility to lift 20+ lbs on occasionUBEO offers a competitive compensation package and an excellent benefits package which is a significant part of our employee's total compensation.
