You will maintain favorable relations with tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office and portray a positive image of the company in your activities. You will oversee and coordinate the orientation of new tenants and assist with performing office management and clerical tasks.Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenantsRespond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, creating, and following up with maintenance requestsProcessing applicationsAdvertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materialsAssisting the Property Manager/Assistant ManagerProvide consistent Customer Service per the Atlantic Housing Foundation WayEntering information into property software systemMaintaining working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning apartment leasing and managementAdditional duties as assignedEducation and Experience:Must have proven lease up experienceLayered HUD/LIHTC experience requiredExcels under pressure and tight deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office (preferred)Previous leasing experience (preferred)Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plusAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
