Responsibilities:
Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Charge expenses to appropriate GL account and cost centers, entering information in Bottomline. Ensuring outstanding balances are updated with credit memos that are due. Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by maintaining master accounts payable report. Work closely with inventory manager to review and verify purchase orders. Confirming subcontractor billed working hours, equipment hours, and projects. Proficient data entry skills. Requirements:
Associates degree in accounting plus 4 years of related experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail. Preferred experience with government constructions contracts. About Transdev:
