Accounts Receivable Clerk in Miami, Florida
Responsibilities:Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.Assist with the preparation of client billings and the extensive related support documentation, including all exhibits.Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all invoices are posted and cash receipts are applied properly.Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.Requirements:Associates degree in accounting plus 2-3 years of related experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills.High level of accuracy and efficiency.Preferred experience with government construction contracts.About Transdev:
