We seek candidates who are passionate about improving healthcare and motivated to do the hard and exciting work required to bring a ground-breaking technology to market.The Senior Director of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) is responsible for directing the company’s overall financial planning and analysis function. The position will assist the CFO in planning and preparation for periodic forecasting and budgeting exercises.Please note – this is an on-site position. Orchestrate and schedule processes and templates, provides training and guidance for area managers, and consolidate results for executive management.Work with management and independent auditors to ensure compliance with related control, audit, and reporting requirements. Provide required schedules to auditors and works with auditors to ensure their accurate understanding of issues as required.Support the CFO with analytics around potential M&A activities including integration.Oversee the Company’s sales analytics including pricing, margin, and customer level reporting.Serve as the “subject matter expert” on Company forecasting software, providing training for users and management of the system.Assist and support areas of general accounting, internal auditing, and budgetary controls.Participate in establishing strategic plans and objectives. Provide high-level guidance and support to employees and other managers. Regularly interact with executives and/or external influencers on matters affecting the organization. Oversee policies and procedures for immediate function and begin to influence policymaking.Manage the activities of a functional area and/or external service providers.Responsible for compliance with quality system procedures and all regulatory requirements.Consistently promote collaboration, positivity, accountability, and resourcefulness.Must demonstrate mutual respect, ongoing communication and a positive outlook with both internal team members and customers.RequirementsEducation & Experience:A minimum of 12 years related experience. MBA and/or CPA are a plus;Accounting and financial management background desiredProficiency in negotiation skills and effectively influencing senior level leaders regarding significant matters.Able to operate in complex or matrix environments.Experience with planning software (ex. Adaptive Planning)Experience with NetSuite (preferred)Viewed as a subject matter expert within specific area. Understand relevant business strategies and impact on the functional area.Must be skilled at managing a significant workload and obtaining positive results, taking on additional responsibility and managing priorities as needed.Must be accurate, detailed, committed to high quality standards and pro-active in finding solutions to achieve successful outcomes.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate, punctual reports/information, as required and thoroughly share information with others. Must be able to read, write and speak effectively.Exceptional listening skills with the ability to seek constructive feedback, build relationships, promote teamwork, and remain flexible and open-minded. $215,000 - $230,000Base pay is one part of your total compensation. The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
