We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and HR Systems Specialist to join our Talent Management and Development team. This role will play a crucial role in managing CCC’s Learning Management System (LMS) – Workday, overseeing learning governance, curating and managing learning content, developing insightful dashboards, and manage administration of leadership development programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees that aligns with organizational goals and supports our growing learning culture.Key Responsibilities:

LMS Management and Measurement:Administer and manage the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is utilized to its full potential.Create learning pathways, campaigns, and live course offerings for enterprise-wide employee development opportunities and required compliance training programs.Collaborate with HRIT team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to LMS functionalities.Maintain user access, enrollments, and training records within the LMS.Partner with our People Analytics team to develop and maintain learning dashboards that provide insightful analytics and reports on learning and development metrics.Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving learning programs.Identifies, measures, and reports on KPIs for learning initiatives to stakeholders and leadership.Stay up to date with Workday releases, new features and industry best practices related to LMS administration.Learning Content Management:Develop, enhance, and enforce learning governance policies and procedures and continuously improve as need arises.Ensure all learning programs and content comply with established governance standards.Advise employees on best practices for creating content in Workday Learning that aligns with learning governance standards and principles.Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency and adherence to governance protocols.Identify learning needs using a human-centered design approach to discover, synthesize and clearly articulate needs with a deep understanding of target audience.Serve as point person for intake of learning requests and meet regularly with learning stakeholders and learning team to ensure activities are well integrated and coordinated.Curate and manage a diverse range of learning content that meets the needs of the organization.Consult and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging learning programs and materials.Evaluate and update content regularly to ensure it remains relevant and effective.Program Management:Manage the learning platform dedicated to leadership development programs.Support execution and management of learning vendor contracts and provide oversight of the work outlined in active vendor agreements.Provide programming support and other assistance including coordinating the delivery of leadership training sessions and workshops.Monitor the effectiveness of leadership development technology and implement improvements as needed.Actively seek out user feedback from internal users and make data-driven recommendations to learning team and stakeholders on how to improve overall impact of program work.Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related role.Proficiency in using LMS platforms, particularly Workday is required.Excellent project management skills, critical thinking skills and attention to detail.Strong understanding of learning governance and content management.Experience in developing and managing dashboards and analytics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM).Experience with leadership development programs.Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning authoring tools.About CCC's Commitment to Employees:
