DescriptionWe are seeking a Software Tool Engineer that designs and implements secure and scalable DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions using Infoblox DDI, troubleshoots and resolves complex DDI issues, automates DDI workflows to improve efficiency, and provides technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on all aspects of DDI, including IPv4 and IPv6. Knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 is required, and candidates will stay up to date with the latest Infoblox DDI features and best practices.

RequirementsA current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Required skills:

DOD8570-M, IAT Level 1

Ability to obtain PRIVAC and SYS3

Experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Load Balancing (F5/DTC)

Knowledge of login management.

Familiar with outages, latency issues, & troubleshooting

Proven experience designing and implementing DDI solutions

Experience with load balancing technologies

Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4 and IPv6

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus

Desired Skills:

DNS experience with an understanding of maintenance of Infoblox

Experience with Infoblox trouble tickets

In-depth knowledge of Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
