The Surgical Technologist (CST) works under the supervision of the registered nurse.RequirementsEducation• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent.Experience• Previous Operating room experience preferred.• Customer service skills.• Ability to organize and prioritize.• Communication and Interpersonal skills.Licensure/Certification• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through governing body, i.e. National Board Surgical Technologists (NBST), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT); or obtained within 12 months of hire.• BLS certification required at time of hire.The North Memorial Health System is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role, but your past experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification listed, we encourage you to apply anyway.
