Superstars are welcome.Job SummaryAs a Senior Campaign Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the market and capturing new business for Millennium Space Systems. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be accountable for leading campaign activities for a specific mission area or multiple mission areas as priorities change. The position will report to the Vice President of Business Development.This position’s internal job code is Marketing & Sales Rep. Our team is currently hiring for levels 4 - 6.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead campaign team to capture key programs in critical mission areasAlign campaign with overall company strategy in creating a realizable campaign strategyServe as a customer facing focal point for Millennium including at industry days, conferences, and symposiumsEngage with customer to understand architectures, requirements, acquisition plans, budgets, and key stakeholdersCreate and deliver presentations and white papers to key customers and stakeholders that forward shaping strategies according to capture planLeverage company products, services, processes and operations to support customer requirements, gain competitive advantage and foster business growthAnalyze the market and competition in order to develop campaign and win strategiesDevelop content for marketing and communication plans including engagements with senior Department of Defense leadership and third party advocacyPresent campaign strategy, plan, status, and help-needed to Millennium leadershipLead proposal development including teaming, win strategies, technical solution, and total proposal submittal documentsCoordinate new business program plans with Millennium Leadership Team to ensure executabilityIdentify investment required for campaign capture and program executionProvide inputs to the IRAD team for future capability needs to meet campaign requirementsIdentify business opportunities and promote the value of Millennium portfolio and partnershipMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or Technical domainFive (plus) years of work-related experience with Spacecraft, Payloads, Ground Systems and/or Space Mission SystemsExperience interfacing with the US governmentStrong analytic and research skills - must be detail orientedExperience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing dataExcellent communication skills and ability to develop executive-level briefingsExperience leading dedicated and/or matrixed teams in accomplishing project, program, or proposal objectivesThis position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).Preferred QualificationsA TS/SCI ClearanceMaster's Degree or higher in a technical or business/economics domainTen (plus) years of work-related experienceExperience in program management and execution including cost and schedule planning and managementExperience with design, development, and/or operations of space vehiclesExperience with DoD proposals and Intelligence Community proposalsSummary Pay-RangeLevel 4: $117,300 - $172,500Level 5: $145,350 - $213,750Level 6: $170,850 - $251,250Benefits and PerksMillennium Space Systems offers a very competitive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plan.
