1-2 roundsContractor/potential for CTHLocation: candidate must be local and go into the office 2 days per week (Tues/Wed), could go to 3, so needs to be flexible with Thursday.Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Technology, or Ecommerce3 years experience working on marketing technologies, ecommerce, or mobile technologies.Excellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-sufficient and can work on multiple projects at one timeMust be comfortable with and knowledgeable about makeup and beauty products.Job OverviewWith direction from the Manager of Global Digital Tools, the Global Digital Sr. Business Analyst will lead the implementation, update, and consolidation of a portfolio of digital tools to support global sales and marketing efforts for Mary Kay consumers as well as Independent Beauty Consultants (IBCs).This role will be responsible for driving new feature requests from markets and regions related to our global applications (mobile and web), effectively prioritizing, planning, and implementing ideas and projects, initiating change by providing data-driven recommendations related to improving business operations, and promoting innovative ideas to elevate Mary Kay's Global Digital transformation.This role requires critical thinking and an understanding of different levels of technology (including mobile) with an emphasis on digital user experience in a global setting.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead digital tools projects to meet measurable objectives, contributing to the strategy development, roadmap, and execution for mobile and web app initiatives with a focus on global functionality that benefits the IBC and her customer.Manage support tickets from markets and regions by performing initial triage of incoming bugs for supported applications, following up with vendors or local partners if needed, and providing solutions in a timely manner to stakeholders.Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand region and market needs or gaps, identifying new initiatives and opportunities that contribute to company growth and providing the IBC a personalized experience helping them book, sell, and build teams.Collaborate with key stakeholders at Corporate, including Global Digital Experience teams, Marketing, IT, Legal, and others.Communicate application roadmaps and upcoming changes to stakeholders.Analyze metrics and user experience to provide recommendations for global digital tool enhancements and updates.Research and promote innovation in digital technologies to maintain the company's competitive advantage and global digital presence while identifying gaps and opportunities.Conduct market research and strategic analysis.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal key partners.RequirementsB.A/B.S. degree required; Digital Marketing, Information Sciences, or Emerging Media is preferred.3+ years of experience working with consumer-facing digital tools. A solid grasp of technical functionality is preferred, along with knowledge of mobile technologies (iOS/Android), application interface/integration UX (mobile and web), and digital analytics.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate successfully with a diverse group of individuals, including region partners, IT teams, corporate marketing, digital experience, and outside vendors.Self-sufficient, organized, with the ability to execute multiple projects at the same time.Effectively transfers task execution and timeline requirements.eCommerce and UI Analysis experience preferred.Understanding of the needs of a Direct Selling company or experience working in the beauty industry preferred.Must have basic knowledge about makeup and color products.
