Associate Director of Advanced Analytics

You will execute, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms using your technical expertise, analytics skills, and attention to detail. Working across parties including clients, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors you’ll have high visibility and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will manage and mentor a team of 3-5 junior analytics team members.
Create clear, concise, and comprehensive analyses that tell the story behind the data and develop client reports, presentations, and dashboards for clients.
You’ll oversee team modeling inputs and outputs, ensuring data processes are automated and efficient and models for media optimizations are driving forward client business.
Work with clients and internal teams to assess business and marketing challenges, discuss solutions, and execute plans.
Build marketing mix modeling, diminishing returns analysis, and campaign test design to assess and inform client return on media investment.
What You’ll Need for Success: 5+ years of experience in data and analytical functions within an agency/media consulting environment 3+ years of team management experience Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Predictive analytics, or related. Master's degree preferred. Experience using statistical analysis tools such as Python and R, along with SQL. Background in analytics including dashboard measurement development, in-market testing, campaign measurement, AB testing, executing Marketing Mix Models, multi-touch attribution algorithms, marketing effectiveness and ROI, customer journey analytics, CRM, digital analytics, forecasting, financial analysis, and user-level analysis. Deep expertise in advertising platforms, ad tech industry, and familiarity with the changing landscape within Ad Servers (DCM), DSP (TTD, DV360), and SEM.
The base salary range for this role is
$90,000 to $120,000 . This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
