This includes generating new business/revenue and maintaining existing business/revenue on Tallgrass interstate natural gas pipelines and storage assets.

Candidate must possess advanced proficiency in MS Excel modeling.

Key tasks involve:Contracting and renewing customers for firm and interruptible services.Providing customer support.Building and maintaining inventory and economic forecasting models.Utilizing current industry news and market data to execute marketing and sales strategies.

Essential duties and responsibilities:Market Analysis and Strategy:Analyzes U.S. supply/demand fundamentals.Analyzes pricing and market trends in various regions across the country.Identify opportunities based on contracted capacity and flows on third party pipelines and storage assets.Maintains awareness of pricing and market trends to identify new business or optimization opportunities, including commodity sales/purchases, transportation, storage, park and loans, etc.Actively maintains an awareness of changing market conditions, new developments, and competitor strategies.Evaluates and disseminates market intelligence to draw conclusions on potential market strategies and present these conclusions to management.Screen and evaluate analysis provided by the Market Analytics team.Customer Relations and Transaction ExecutionsCommunicate with customers (current and prospective) on a regular and consistent basis to understand needs and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided by the Company. Topics include:

Contracting for firm and interruptible storage services, discount requests, invoice disputes, operational issues, invoice review, rollovers/right of first refusal process, contract assignments, maintenance impacts and document control.

Provide support or complete Business Development needs as directed.Tracks sales performance by market and product lines.Understand customer utilizations of Tallgrass services to understand customer business and uncover business opportunities.Understand third party pipeline services and projects and actively develop/pursue new business opportunities and strategy.Bring new, creative growth to the assets.Compliance and Decision MakingEnsure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.Exercise decision making authority when needed and assess the level of decisions that can be made versus those that should be brought to upper management.Prepare and conduct open seasons.Set self-imposed deadlines and communicate to management and demonstrate ownership in assigned projects and resolution of customer maintenance issues.Ensure that all issues and projects receive the appropriate level of urgency within own workload and that of others involved in the matter.Collaboration and CommunicationCommunicate with management on goals and objectives as requested.Lead commercial projects that require coordinating with internal departments including but not limited to business development, scheduling, gas control, system design, project management, regulatory, legal, and environmental.Develop material and present to customers, management, senior/executive leadership.Other daily, weekly, monthly, or special project duties as identified and defined.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum

requirements :Education:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience/Specific Knowledge:Minimum five (5) to ten (10) years of experience actively working in the oil and natural gas industry.Must have previous working knowledge of FERC natural gas regulations.Must have working knowledge of the North American natural gas infrastructure and pipelines.Must have working knowledge of the North American natural gas markets pricing and supply/demand fundamentals.Advanced proficiency level in MS Excel

Must have previous working experience it building complex excel models

Advanced skills in Power BIPrevious commercial, trading and/or origination/business development experience.Previous experience in the natural gas industry.Transactional experience with natural gas pipelines, producers, storage, and end users.Familiar with Tallgrass interstate natural gas and storage assets.Other responsibilities:
