For more than 50 years, Ansys software has enabled innovators across industries to push boundaries by using the predictive power of simulation.Summary / Role PurposeJoin the Ansys Customer Excellence team to partner with our customers to engineer what's ahead, solve their real-world engineering problems, and help in the deployment and expansion of Ansys software in their design workflows. Lead development of virtual compliance by reviewing and understanding industry standard specifications and convert specifications into solutions for interfaces like PCIe, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, DDR.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance and support to ensure understanding and implementation of compliance requirements.Stay updated with evolving industry standards, specifications, and trends related to various serial/parallel interfaces.Review new standards and virtual compliance templates and ensure UpToDate specifications and help implement them in Ansys tools for seamless implementation of compliance processes for customers.Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions and automation scripts to be integrated as Ansys Virtual Compliance solution for customers across the globe.Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, and global ACE teams to achieve best-in-class virtual compliance implementations.Work with global teams to analyze requirements, design efficient algorithms, write clean code, and debug issues to deliver high-quality virtual compliance solutions.Document software designs, code, and technical specifications and prepare user manuals and guides for deployed applications and scripts.Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and ExperienceBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Signal Integrity Engineer) may be advantageous.Strong understanding of software development principles, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile software development methodologies.Knowledge of signal and power integrity simulation analysis.Proven experience in serial/parallel interface design, compliance testing, and validation within relevant industries (e.g., semiconductor, telecommunications, data center).Good communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English.Preferred Qualifications and SkillsGood understanding of serial/parallel protocols (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, SERDES, DDR), signal integrity principles, and high-speed design considerations.Proficiency in using simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, IBIS-AMI) and test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators) for compliance testing.Familiarity with database systems, web development, and/or cloud technologies is a plus.At Ansys, we know that changing the world takes vision, skill, and each other.
