Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from beginning to end. The main objective of this position is to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including budget, schedule, quality, and safetyCollaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completionCreate and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and other documentationIdentify and mitigate potential project risks and issuesEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standardsConduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workCommunicate project status and updates to key stakeholders and senior managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in heavy civil constructionKnowledge of road works, concrete, utilities, underground utilities, excavation, earthwork, dams, and bridgesProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HecRASStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in managing budgets, schedules, and resourcesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Job Locations:Leonardtown, MD - Full-time $75,000.00 - $100,000.00East Dundee, IL - Full-time $90,000.00 - $120,000.00CyberCoders, Inc is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerCopyright 1999 - 2024.
