Job Overview:Lexia Learning is seeking a passionate, ambitious, and creative marketing manager that thrives in a fast paced, innovative work environment and who is inspired to try new things. The Marketing Manager, Professional Learning will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for our professional learning solutions enrollment. This position is on the Lifecycle Marketing Team and reports to the Sr. Manager, Demand Programs.Location:

Remote, USA.Job Responsibilities:Create aligned programs through collaboration with a variety of internal stakeholders to drive professional learning enrollment.Execute a coordinated, personalized, and scalable marketing plan to drive professional learning enrollment of educators and administrators.Identify content and assets needed to support a comprehensive program.Collaborate with customer success on opportunities and customer marketing on the customer journey.Collaborate with marketing services and marketing operations to create, execute, and measure campaign programs, including creation of customized landing pages.Provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of professional learning marketing contributions and program ROI.Provide highly disciplined and organized project management and excellent communication across functional teams.Job Requirements:5-7 years of experience in education technology or curriculum creating marketing programs with emphasis on demand generation and customer marketing. Background in literacy preferred.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, required.Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to understand business needs and industry trends.Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience building web pages in a content management system.Experience using Salesforce reporting and understanding of marketing automation systems.Proven experience in a wide variety of inbound/outbound marketing disciplines, including social media, paid and organic search, advertising, retargeting, email, direct and event marketing.Experience working with internal stakeholders to create messaging and materials.Excellent leader, team-player and self-motivator with the ability to get the job done.Takes initiative and functions effectively, both autonomously and as a member of a team, with a willingness to take on and assist with routine and last-minute projects.To learn more about our organization and the exciting work we do, visit
