Job Responsibilities:Create and manage efficient processes to responsively and proactively develop, maintain, and curate project plansGenerate and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiencyAddress requests from internal teams to create resources that illustrate the alignment of Lexia's professional learning products to standards and state/district requirementsDevelop and update standard language for PL products to support requests from the Bids and Proposals teamCollaboratively work with the Standards and Alignments manager on project planning and work allocationServe as an expert around the pedagogy of Lexia's professional learning products to support with alignment resource creationWork with cross-functional colleagues including Literacy Education team subject matter experts, Bids and Proposals team coordinators, and vendors/contractors as neededPlan duties, coordinate, and assist in the definition of project scope to ensure work of the Standards and Alignment team is completed efficiently and effectivelyEstablish milestones, anticipate issues, and monitor adherence to project scope, requirements, and schedulesCreate and manage planning and tracking of resources to support the team's implementation of projectsFinalize documents and publish resources for internal and external useMaintain the organization of alignment resources on shared sites and ensure resources are kept up to dateProvide pedagogy and product expertise to support Bids and Proposals team in completing evaluation rubrics for state-level approvals and adoptions for professional learning productsApply content-area expertise and market knowledge to respond to direct requests from sales team for customer-facing alignments and crosswalksMonitor relevant bid opportunities and track all response requestsSupply content and assets to complete RFPs as neededAnswer questions from the field (customer support, direct sales questions, CSMs) specific to alignments and state/national standardsAssist the Curriculum Department on special projects as neededJob Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree requiredSpecialized training in project management with a minimum of 3+ years experience managing projects.Knowledge of state and district requirements regarding Science of Reading and Professional Learning StandardsExperience using issue tracking tools to manage and schedule development tasksDemonstrated experience managing projects and workflows, with a solid ability to lead projects and effectively engage with multiple stakeholders to achieve goalsEffective problem solving skills and keen attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Software, and SharepointExperience editing and assembling text documentsWorking knowledge of Lexia professional learning products (LETRS, Aspire) preferredProject management certification preferred
