Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated, high-energy Outside Sales Rep to join our sales team. In-home sales of Renewal by Andersen windows and patio doors, as well as various lines of entry doors, will be conducted through a consultative approach. No previous window and door industry experience is required. As a Design Consultant, you will provide a 60-90 minute in-home consultation with homeowners, discussing our various product offerings while building a great relationship with our customers and delivering a world-class homeowner experience.PAY RANGE/BENEFITS:Draw off of commission. Expected earnings $120,000+Premium products, services, and compensationHealth, dental, 401k benefits, and car allowancePaid training: during your 6-week training, you will receive $800/week for the first 2 weeks, $1000/week for the second 2 weeks, and $1200/week for the final 2 weeks. Once training is over, it will move to 100% commission with a draw.RESPONSIBILITIES:The selling process will involve iPad presentations and a computer-generated sales proposal during the initial in-house visit. The sales rep will also be assigned to the well-equipped showroom. Inside sales support will be provided. The sales rep will receive product and sales process training and customer interest leads. Performance will be evaluated via the following metrics:Actual bookings vs. budget bookingsClosing rate % quoted vs. % bookedRevenue per appointmentUnits sold vs. unit goalAverage job sizeMargin achievementHomeowner satisfactionHomeowners can schedule appointments 7 days per week at 11 am, 2 pm, or 5 pm. We require at least 2 Saturdays a month and 3 evening appointments a week; Sundays are optional.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Learn the Renewal by Andersen product lines and perform showroom presentationsLearn and understand various installation methods and use the computer quote systemUtilize the most effective in-home selling process for the client’s personalityProvide showroom coverage on assigned days and use the iPad for price and product demonstrationsEnter completed appointment and quote data into the customer databaseMaintain order number log and keep open quote folders updatedDevelop self-generated leads and visit job sites on the day of installationManage customer expectations and achieve outstanding homeowner satisfactionPrepare an accurate and complete job folder for every job sold, and support teammates' sales effortsTrain with the installation team on job sites to understand the entire operationREQUIREMENTS:2+ years of sales experience with the personality and willingness to do outside salesValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and background checkStrong written and verbal communication skills with availability for homeowner appointments on evenings and weekendsCollege degree desirable but not requiredGood personality, easy to engage with, integrity, and honesty are a mustBy applying to this job, I agree that I may be contacted at the number submitted, including by autodialed calls and texts, for informational and all other purposes by Renewal by Andersen and its affiliated companies (collectively, “RbA”).
